Accommodations

Rooms at the Inn

 

The Inn has seven rooms all on the Inn’s second floor. They are small rooms and do not have private toilets.  There is also a shared toilet and bath room on the second floor .

 

All Inn rooms are accessed by a narrow stairway. They have beds, pillows and blankets, but are unheated. You must bring your own bed linens. More>>

 

 

Cabins

 

There are five Cabins located 50 to 200 feet from the Inn and are accessed via a rocky pathway.

All cabins require a two-person minimum cabin/night.

  

Toby Cabin #8 and Honeymoon Cabin #12 have private toilets and cold-water sinks. Toby Cabin #8 is ADA accessible. It has one double bed, can accommodate one or two persons and is held available for persons with disabilities until all other rooms & cabins are utilized. Cabin #12 has one double bed, one single bed, and can accommodate up to three people.

 

Rustic View Cabins #9, 10 & 11 each have an outside deck, cold-water sink and outdoor shower. Each has one double and two single beds and can accommodate up to four persons. They share a toilet and cold-water sink located a few steps away outside. All cabins except Toby Cabin #8 have sweeping views to the East of the Bay Area.   More>>

The West Point Inn is an historic, off-the-grid (no electricity) property which is accessible by an approximately 2 mile walk or bike ride. The Inn is also ADA accessible. The Inn is open Tuesday through Saturday year round. The Inn is closed Sunday and Monday with the exception of WPIA Members who may book individual rooms or cabins (no whole inn bookings) on Sunday evenings. Each member may bring up to 2 non-member guests. A total of 10 guests are allowed on Sunday nights. Check out is at 9am on Monday morning, normal chore requirements apply.

 

Other Rentals
 

The West Point Inn rents the Members Lounge and Kitchen for day use from 11 am - 3 pm, Tuesday through Sunday.  Guests can also rent the whole Inn (all 7 rooms and 5 cabins) or just all 7 rooms.  More>>

Reservations

and process, you may make your Reservation now. If not, please read on:

 

Be aware that if you book outside approved policies your reservation will not be confirmed and your deposit will be refunded minus a 6% transaction fee!

 

The most common errors are:

 

1) Non-members may only book a maximum of 3 months in advance (Ex: 5/1 non-members cannot book past 8/1)

2) Sundays are Members only so do not book even though the system allows it. Your reservation will not be confirmed and you will be charged a 6% transaction fee of the full deposit paid.

 

We are a volunteer-run, non-profit association and we incur these fees on all credit transactions, so if you do not read the policies and book outside them, we pass that fee on to you.

 

Remember, we have a no cancellation, no refund policy.
