All cabins require a two-person minimum per-cabin / per-night.

WPIA Members may book individual rooms or cabins on Sunday nights. Each member may have no more than 2 non-member guests. The capacity on Sunday nights is 10 persons total. Check out time on Monday is 9am. The usual overnight cleaning requirements apply.

To reserve the entire Inn at the Member Rate, you must be a member in good standing for a period of at least one year.

Overnight fees for reservations cancelled because of closure of Inn due to a Red Flag fire alert will be refunded.
Day Fees
Member’s Lounge & Kitchen is available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (Tuesday through Thursday)

Please Note #1:
Prices displayed on the reservation site do not reflect child rates, charges for additional persons in excess of any group rate BASE, member rates, etc, Therefore, the amount initially charged may be different than the final net price.
Reservation requests are reviewed and the charges may be revised upwards (or downwards) in accordance with Authorized Rates, An additional charge (or credit) may be processed, so that, in the end, the net price paid is in accordance with these rates.
Accepted reservation request charges will be itemized and a confirmation email will be sent.
Once reservations are made, a deposit is taken for each guest at the non-member adult rate. When the reservation is confirmed, discounts for children and members will be applied and refunded by the reservationist.
Exception: Members have an alternate rate structure, with any difference being charged (or credited back.)
